Our Mission
We Support UC Davis Researchers.
The Integrated Phenotyping Consortium brings together five core facilities at the University of California, Davis to provide researchers with seamless access to comprehensive phenotyping services. Instead of navigating multiple labs, investigators work through a single coordinated portal — from initial consultation and study design all the way through data delivery.
Our network spans behavioral testing, metabolic profiling, diagnostic pathology, molecular and genomic imaging, genomic pathology, and full-service genomics and bioinformatics — enabling multi-scale characterization of biological models in one integrated workflow.
How Our Process Works.
01 – Submit a Request
Describe your research goals through our online project form. Pick from pre-built templates or create a custom request.
02 – Consultation & Design
Our scientific coordinators review your submission, connect you with the right facility experts, and help refine protocols and timelines.
03 – Execution & Delivery
Facilities carry out the work — from sample collection to analysis — and deliver results with full documentation and data packages.
